Ryan Simmons
Founder / Creative Director
Ryan gives creative direction to all projects undertaken by Simmer Studio. His 14 years in the industry allows him to draw on a variety of skill and experience to provide creative solutions that deliver value far beyond just the aesthetic. He believes design is at its best when it’s solving a business problem, while creating a user centric experience and retaining a refreshing dose of imagination.
Design is not ‘just work’ for him, he lives and breathes design which shows in his creative work and the results delivered to clients. He is passionate about finding specialised, tailored design solutions to meet the needs of the vastly different clients that he works with.
When Ryan is not in the studio, he enjoys adventures with his growing family and touch footy with friends. He can also be found listening to punk rock to fill the silence.
Erin Simmons
Accounts Manager
Erin has a passion for all things creative, from craft to interior design through to graphic design. Erin has over 10 years experience in the design industry. She has worked for small print shops through to managing a design team to produce large product based publications. These days Erin has taken a step away from design production and utilises her managements skills to make sure the Simmer Studio cogs are oiled and continue to operate efficiently.
Above design, Erin loves being a mum and looks for every opportunity to bring creativity into family life.
